It is every girls dream to look like a Barbie Doll. To have that perfect hair, big beautiful eyes, perfect proportion, skinny arms and things but with fabulous chest and bum. Well, this girl has it all. Meet the real life Barbie Doll: Valeria Lukyanova. 

Valeria is a 27 year old Ukrainian women. Valeria claims that she had absolutely no plastic surgery done on her facial structure although she did have breast augmentation done to complete her perfect Barbie body proportion. She wears thick makeup which creates an illusion of facial structure changes. Valeria stands at 5'7 and weight 99lbs, her three measurements are 34.6-18.5-34.6. No, really. She has a 38 inch waist. To get a 18 inch waist, Valeria lives on a strict diet life. She has a four month juice only diet and later switched to water diet. And now, she is living only on liquids and nothing else. Valeria enjoys meditation as a hobby, and she models and make appearances as human Barbie doll for a living. Valeria is currently married. 

This may have been one of the strangest thing to be heard in 2013. But, hey. At least now we know that human Barbie isn't an unreachable goal. That's if you are willing to give up food for the rest of your life. Why Valeria wants to be a Barbie is hard to understand. She did state that she had a fascination with Barbie dolls as child but is it really necessary to go that far? Overall, I give respect to this women for her dedication and all the work she put in to reach her dream (although it may seem crazy others eyes.)

American Music Award 2013: Top 5 categories and who deserves what

American Music Award is coming up. It will be air lived on ABC on November 24th, 2013. I am here to present you 5 of the 22 categories and the nominees that I think deserves the award.

Ariana Grande deserves this award because she is not simply young and successful. She is also very talented put in a lot of effort in her work. Personally, I am not a big fan of Ariana Grande, but I do give her credits and respect for keeping a clean image for the children because of her appearance on Victorious. Ariana Grande's album featured fabulous music and she has a very special talent: her voice can actually hit the 'whistle register' which is the highest human voice register. Some other artists who can reach that level are Mariah Carey, Gerogie Brown and Minnie Ripeton.

Judging from talent wise, Bruno Mars definitely owns this award. Bruno's special voice and his romantic love has made many girls go head over heels for him. Taylor Swift's album RED was a huge phenomenon in 2013. Also on top of that, her RED tour was also extremely successful. She kept her fans close to her all year round and never stopped performing. Unlike Rihanna and P!nk who had only released couple singles here and and there throughout 2013 and did not even put in the effort of putting up shows for fans, and only made appearances at festivals when requested.

Their style are not shallow like most pop bands. Their songs are never about money, fame, fans, girls, drugs, cars, parties, thug lyfe and any type of mainstream music topics. Imagine Dragons indie style definitely deserves more fame than they get, which is why I think Imagine Dragons deserve to be the favorite band.

Catfish: The TV Show - Season 2 review

On June 25th, Catfish Season 2 has returned. Catfish season 1 was a great success and grabbed a lot of viewers attention as well as celebrities. Catfish season 2 came to MTV with 16 episodes (4 more than the previous season) of crazy and unbelievable stories of online hoax. 

Catfish season 2 kicked off with Cassie's unbelievable story of online relationship hoax which was a little hard to believed that it was not stage. But as ridiculous as the first episode seemed, the season carried on following more stories that seem too good to be true. Season two was no different than season one in terms of the show's development. Same old routine; reading email, video chat, official meet-up, amateur investigation, discussion and then the big moment: the meet up. As much as the the show's build up suspense is what intrigue and attract the views attention, it just seemed a little boring. 

Catfish season 2 featured a lot of stories that will turn out to be big surprises, however for the first time in catfish history, there was a happy ending. In episode 4, 'Lauren & Derek', for once the guy on the other side of the computer was as real as Lauren believed him to be. After that episode was aired, MTV made a catfish special to celebrate the couple. 

As a huge Catfish fan, I really enjoyed watching Catfish Season 2. However, they really need to step up on the shows development because it is getting dull and stale. Also, in the episodes, it has been established that Catfish is no longer a no-name TV show, most of the catfish are actually aware of the existence of this show which makes it a little unrealistic that these catfish would be willing to be on the show when knowing how it will end for them. My suggestion is that they should do a season outside of America to avoid this problem. 

If you have never seen Catfish, I strongly recommend you to check it out. It is not simply a reality TV for pure entertainment. There are a lot of lessons and skills that you could learn from it to protect yourself when dealing with strangers on the internet. If you know someone who are going to through an online relationship, I would suggest you to tell them about this TV show. Overall, I give catfish season 2 a 7/10. It was just as entertaining as I expected it to be but I do feel like it could use some changes instead of sticking with the same old catfish routine. 

Vine: The New Youtube?

Vine is a video app that was released in January 14, 2013, and it has since then rose to one of the most popular app of the year. Vine created many viral trending topics and many people have rose to fame and became 'vine famous'.

Vine isn't just an ordinary video app, vine videos only last 6 seconds. 6 seconds may not seem long but vine is all about creativity. Many Viners uses these 6 seconds and make short comedy sketches that will give you a full on laugh rage. Vine videos has many different variety of comedy style, such as stereotypical joke, dancing to famous music videos or pranks. Some viral trend that has been created are: Smack Cam, started by MAX JR, public beat drop by Pique, cleaning and wop by Trey Kennedy, black mom vs white mom by DRose, selfies with strangers by Britney Furlan, etc. These trends bring the original creators a lot of attention and they soon are easily recognized by a lot of people. Sometimes these viners will get together and make videos together and have meet up with their fans at the popular demand location. At meet ups, the viners would make a videos called 'super vine' where they include a large number of fans in their vine.

Personally, I am a huge fan of vine. I spent at least half an hour a day going through all of my vine subscription. It works exactly like Instagram so it's nothing strange to a social media user like me. Due to the fact that Vine videos only last for 6 seconds, it doesn't feel like I am wasting my time as I go through the videos. Unlike youtube, usually I'd have to watch a video to the very end to get the entire concept but Vine saves you all that time.

If you seen some funny vine videos here and there on youtube or facebook, and you enjoy watching these little funny sketches. I would definitely recommend you to get a vine account and subscribe to some creative viners. Even if you don't make vine videos yourself you can still get an account and just enjoy the funny clips. Who is Lorde?

Turn on your radio, what's playing? That's right, Royals by Lorde. If you haven't heard of this song... I'm sure you have. Because it is one of the most frequently played song in October 2013. But the question is, Who is Lorde? where did she come from? How is it that in one short month her hit single 'Royal' could reach the number 1 spot on the Billboard 100?

Well, Lorde is a 16 years old girl (I know, she sounds like she's 32) from New Zealand. Lorde is a very special and unique artist of our time for many different reasons. First of all Lorde isn't a sell out. She refuse to let movie company or brands use her song to sell their products because she feels like it isn't right. Secondly, Lorde's style of music is very different from the songs that we usually hear now a days. We always hear songs on radio about party life, expensive cars, clubbing, explicit imagery of sexy women, doing drugs, being wild and such. All these songs only feeds the unhealthy and unrealistic life style to teenagers and even kids, and Lorde is not afraid to show everyone the truth. Her song 'Royal' is a reality check for the world: teenagers are not celebrities, they don't have money, they don't have the fame, they are bored everyday and live in boring small suburbs. Lorde's music speaks the truth and she is not afraid to go against the mainstream, and that's why I think she really deserves more credit than she gets. 

If you don't know who Lorde is, check her hit single 'Royal', it's very unique style of music, not exactly hipster but definitely not mainstream. If you enjoyed Royal and liked her style, definitely check out her new album 'Pure Heroine'. It's an incredible album. Fun fact: Lorde actually put up her EP a year ago online for free because she knows that teenagers don't have credit cards or the money to purchase music. How thoughtful of her! Lorde is kind of a strange type of artist, it's either you like her or you don't. I would definitely recommend you to check her out, see for yourself if she could be the new faces of pop music of our time.

Biggest Rubber Duck in the World

What's the first thought that comes to your mind when you see this picture? ''Wow, that's some EPIC photoshop.'' well, you're wrong. this picture is not at all photoshoped, what you see here is the world's largest rubber duck resting at the Sydney Harbor in Australia.

This world's largest rubber duck is made by a dutch artist; Florentijn Hofman in 2007, measuring at 16.5 × 20 × 32 metres and weighing over 600 kg. Since 2007, this adorable rubber duck has been to many different countries such as Hong Kong, Netherland, Taiwan, Australia, Belgum etc. The duck is not actually made of rubber, it is made with 200 large pieces of PVC piping, and can be inflated and deflated when travelling around the world. 

The creator of this rubber duck had been travelling around the world with his art work since 2007, he named this project ''Spreading joy around the world''. After it's tour in Asian, Hofman and the duck will go on display in United States. 

This rubber duck is no doubt the most fascinating this I have ever seen. First of all, it is bigger the boats and it is taller than most buildings. How amazing is that? Also, rubber duck is something we can all related to our childhood. Seeing it sitting in a harbor and 500% times bigger then the ones we had when we where children, has to be the most astonishing thing ever to witness in your life.

If by any chance, this rubber duck happens to come by a bay, a port or a harbor near where you live, it is something definitely worth checking out. It is literally once in a life time opportunity to witness such amazing art work and I guarantee doesn't matter how big you imagine it to be, it will be 10 times bigger when you see it in person.

NBA Opening Night: The Classic Rivalry between Bulls and Heat

On October 29th, the NBA 2013 - 2014 has officially begun. On the opening night, 3 games took place in Indianapolis, Miami and Los Angelos to start off the season. The first game of the season was Indiana Pacers versus Orlando Magic. The second game was Miami Heat taking on their biggest rivalry team Chicago Bulls. Prior to game, the Heat held their banner raising ceremony and the champion rings ceremony. Their third game of the night was a show down in Los Angelos where the Lakers hosted the Clippers.

However, out of all these fantastic season openers, the classic Bulls vs Heat rivalry was no doubt everyone's center of attention. Bull's star point guard Derrick Rose made his season debut from his year off in 2013. This was the first Bulls vs Heat game since last years playoff where the Bulls fell to the Heat 4 -1 in a 7 games series. During the playoffs, Bulls center Joakim Noah made a statement to the media addressing the unfriendly tension between the two teams by stating: ' I love Miami, but I definitely don't like the Heat. I love the city, I went to school there but I don't like the Heat'. Lebron James, Heat's small forward,  made a response to Noah's statement the day before the season's opener: 'They don't like us, we don't like them. It's no big secret. They don't like us so we don't like them'.

The Bulls vs Game kicked off at 8:00 pm after the Heat's ring ceremony. The Bulls started off strong in the first quarter but the Heat made a comeback in the end and the first quarter the Bulls trails the Heat 15 -17. Second quarter, Bulls started to lose their defense and the Heat powers over the Bulls scoring 37 points and the Bulls 18 points. Rose scored 7 points in the first half. The third quarter came out sloppy for the Bulls but made a strong comeback half way through 3rd scoring 25 points and Heat scored 24 points. 4th quarter the Bulls picked up their pace. Jimmy Butler and Carlos Boozer were outstanding in the last quarter but wasn't enough to stop Lebron and Wade. the Bulls scored 37 points and the Heat scored 29. The Game ended with Bulls fell to the Heat 95 to 107.

Potter-Heads Rise Again: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

If you haven't heard of this news by now, I am sure you will hear about it sooner or later. Here it is: Harry Potter is coming back!... well sort of. Recently, if you have felt small internet earthquakes here and there, don't worry. It's just the Potter-Heads waking up from their sleep and rising up to celebrate the new coming movie, a spin-off of the Potter Franchise: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

The producer of the Harry Potter films David Haymen has confirmed that Rowling and him are working on a brand new Potter spin-off franchise based on Rowling's book 'Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them'. Rowling is hoping this new series will turn out to be as successful as her Harry Potter series. The time of this film is set 70 years before Harry Potter's time, and it will features many more magical creatures mentioned in the books. Warner Bros. will be producing this film and J.K. Rowling herself is currently working on the screen play and script.

As a Potter fan myself, I am highly anticipating for this film to be released. Even though the Harry Potter cast will likely not to return but I would like to see the franchise live on. I am excited to know more about the magical world that Harry lives in as well as seeing more magical creatures that only appeared in Rowling's book.

If you are a Potter head, this film is definitely for you. However, if you don't have much knowledge of the Harry Potter series or has never read the books, maybe this film wouldn't interest you as much. There is no doubt that Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them will be a highly anticipated film in the future. Even if you strongly disliked the Harry Potter movies, I would still recommend you to give this movie a try because, well, Harry Potter is NOT part of the story.

Now, in my opinion, as much as 2014 looks like it's going to be a great year of sequels, there are a few sequels that don't look quite promising.. For example: Night at the Museum 3. No doubt that Ben Stiller will be returning for his role as the heroic night guard but looking at the rating and reception of the last sequel Night at the Museum 2: Battle of Smithsonian; as fantastic as it was when it was first released... It just didn't live up to the public's expectations. Will the third sequel redeem the franchise? We will just have to wait and see.

No doubt the movie 300 was a great success and received, but it just happen to be one of those movie where it was great to see in the theater and it will leave you in astonishment for several hours after you leave the theater, but it's just not enough for it to be seen more than 3 times. As we all know, the first movie was glorious and memorable, but wasn't great enough to really earn many trophies. It's the type of movie that you would watch simply for the enjoyment of the awesome visual effect and intense action scenes. I am just not  sure if the sequel will live up to the first movie's incredible legacy.

Let's not forget Transformers: The Age of Extiction. I only have 2 things to say about this sequel: Shia Labouf is gone and Mark Walberg is here to replace. You decide if this change will be a positive or negative impact on the movie/franchise. Personally I think I will have to see it first before I make my judgement.

I would definitely recommend you guys to watch these movies just because more than half of these movies are highly expected and frankly should have been done sooner.  But it depends, if you are the type that completely have no faith in sequels and prequels then I would suggest you to stay clear until someone whose has seen the movies give you their recommendation.

iPad Air

Apple's iPhone is by far the world's most popular and widely demanded device. The newest model right now is the iPhone 5s and 5c. Following iPhone, another popular product by Apple Inc. in the computer table iPad. On October 22, 2013, shortly after Apple had launched iPhone: the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c, Apple has announced another new project: the iPad Air

As we all know, Apple never rests. Only 3 months after the newest iPhone model has been lachuned, Apple has made an announcement 2 days ago to the public regarding the new project of iPad Air.  As expected, there were no big dramatic changes in terms of the system but only the reduction in weight... as what Apple does with ALL of their products. According to Apple's official website, iPad Air is thinner, lighter and quicker than the previous iPad model: iPad Mini. It is going to have a 9 inch display, approximately the same size as the previous iPad but the screen size will be much bigger. It also features a new processor chip which mill the system function a lot quicker than iPad Mini.


This new iPad will range from $400 to $700 depends on how much internal memory you are willing to purchase. It will go on sale on November 1st. It cannot be pre-ordered online so get in the line!
